I’m in-network with a number of insurance plans, with coverage varying depending on the state you live in and your specific plan. If you’re interested in using insurance, feel free to reach out with your insurance information and I can help you figure out your options.

 

​If I’m out-of-network with your plan, I can also provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
