JACKIE NEYHART THERAPY
WELCOME
Maybe you can’t stop overthinking. You replay conversations, worry about what others think, put pressure on yourself, or feel like everyone else has life figured out. On the outside, you may seem like you’re doing fine; inside, you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck.
I specialize in helping teens and young adults navigate anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves caught in patterns they don’t know how to change.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what to work on. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s keeping you stuck, notice patterns that keep showing up, and build practical tools along the way.
Therapy isn’t about becoming a different person. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more confident and connected, and move through life with a little more ease.

I see clients in California, Colorado, Florida, and Texas.
HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION LAST?
I offer both 50- and 80-minute therapy appointment slots. We can discuss which option makes the most sense for your needs.
DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON SESSIONS?
Both! I offer in-person sessions at my office in Greenwood Village, Colorado, as well as virtual sessions for clients in California, Colorado, Florida, and Texas. We can schedule based on your location and preferences.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

WHAT ARE YOUR SESSION FEES?
50-minute sessions are $165, and 80-minute sessions are $245.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
I’m in-network with a number of insurance plans, with coverage varying depending on the state you live in and your specific plan. Feel free to reach out with your insurance information and I can help you figure out your options.
WHAT IF YOU'RE OUT-OF-NETWORK WITH MY INSURANCE?
If I’m out-of-network with your insurance plan, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement varies depending on your specific plan, so I recommend checking with your insurance company to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments are charged the full out-of-pocket fee of $165 for a 50-minute appointment.
